Cancellation Policy: No cancellation or amendment is allowed once booking confirmation is received or guest does not show up on the reserved arrival date. Hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of estimated total room revenue as cancellation penalty.
No Show and Early Departure: Should there be any no-show or last minute early departure, 100% room charge of total room night booked will be charged respectively.
Billing Instruction: All charges will be on guest's own account and must be settled with Hotel direct upon departure.
